Book a bike service

To book your bike in for a service, select a day from the calendar below and we’ll do the rest!

A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your booking. Once your bike arrives in the workshop one of our mechanics will complete an assessment and let you know if there will be additional cost (such as replacement parts). If you have a specific repair or any questions please call 0207 924 5636 or email us.

Which service do I need? If you're unsure, please visit us at the shop. We can check your bike in person and can tell you what service is required and if any replacement parts are needed.

How long will it take to service my bike? If your bike is pre-booked, we aim to complete the service within the same day the bike arrives, and within 24 hours depending on availability of parts. We ask that bikes arrive at the workshop by 9am weekdays and 10am on Saturday. We assess all bikes on arrival to get an accurate estimate of the time it will take us to service the bike. We can discuss with you if there are any special order parts that may hold us up, and arrange a specific collection time with you. If you have a deadline just let us know when you bring the bike in and we’ll do our best to make sure it’s ready!

How do I book a service? Use the online form above, call the shop on 0207 924 5636, email us, or visit us at 176 Northcote Road, London, SW11 6RE.

Can I change the day of my service? You can change the date or get a refund for your booking up to 3 days before the scheduled service slot.

Do I get a warranty on parts? All parts from Everyone Bikes come with a manufacturer warranty, this varies in length depending on the company. Customer supplied parts are not covered by any labour or manufacturing warranty with Everyone Bikes.

What happens if you find something else wrong with my bike during the service? We carry out a comprehensive assessment of your bike and let you know any replacement parts it needs before we start work on it. But sometimes unforeseen issues come to light once a repair begins. Should this happen, we will always call you to discuss before going ahead with additional work that would change your estimate.

What happens if something still doesn’t feel right after the service? We place great importance on our after-service care and customer service. If you have any questions, concerns or need anything adjusting please don’t hesitate to get in contact and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I can’t collect my bike after the service, what happens? We’re happy to hold the bike for 7 days from the date of completion. After that we will charge £2 per day storage fee up to a maximum of 30 days. If the bike is still with us after 30 days, we will sell the bike to recoup the costs of service/repair (see our terms and conditions for details).
