Here's the info:

October Ladies Night Recap

Alex

A big shout-out to everyone that came, despite the crazy rainy weather, to our October Ladies Night! It was a Bring Your Own Bike event so everyone attending could get involved (and get their hands dirty)! The aim of the night was to highlight a number of quick and easy ways you can adjust your bike to improve comfort and speed.

Our Workshop Manager Luke lead the event and did a fantastic job! He discussed different ways for the ladies to make small adjustments, which helps improve comfort. This included adjusting stems, moving saddles, raising handlebars, changing tyres and tricks for extra comfort and speed or control. The talk was followed by 1-to-1 advice for individuals and their bikes.

It was great chatting with everyone and we loved helping you guys by giving honest advice and answering any questions. We got great feedback on ideas for future events and talks so stay tuned as we will be announcing our November 'Ladies Night' soon!
