Job Description

We are London’s newest Female Focused Cycle shop located in SW London, looking for an experienced Sales Person + Cycle Mechanic to join our creative and fun team. Your primary role will be executing outstanding customer service to our customers. You will also be working under our Workshop Manager, helping when needed, and assisting the workshop primarily on the weekends. Essentially, this is a dual-role position which will require flexibility and the ability to learn quickly. You will be required to work weekends and at least one day during the week.

We thrive on creativity and delivering exceptional customer service and we expect all candidates to share this ethos. You must be an enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly individual with Cytech Level 2 or Cycle Systems Level 2 qualifications. 

This is a superb opportunity to be part of a new exciting venture and have real input into the growth and development of the business. You will play a key role in the direction of not just the workshop, but also the business as a whole.

A good knowledge of women’s cycling is favourable, as we are a female focused shop. There will also be opportunities to lead cycling classes and rides, and be mentored by our experienced Workshop Manager. The ideal person applying for this position will have a hunger to participate in creating marketing content for our website, blog and all social platforms.

Experience and Skills

  • You will need to have good experience in the servicing and maintenance of bikes and be qualified to a minimum of Cytech Level 2 or Cycle Systems Level 2
  •  You must have a good technical knowledge of bikes, parts and accessories
  • Customer service experience
  •  Ability to work as part of a close team
  • Computer literate
